This site sets no cookies, measures nothing and loads nothing from a third-party server. Data still arrives when you open it, and that is what this page is about.

What the server records
When you open this site, the web server writes an entry to its log files. It holds your IP address, date and time, the requested file, the amount of data transferred, the status code, the page you came from and details about your browser and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, my legitimate interest being the secure and fault-free operation of the site. Log data is stored only for as long as that requires and is then deleted or anonymised, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. I do not analyse it and do not combine it with other data.
Hosting
The site runs at Hostinger International Ltd. Hostinger processes the data above on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The agreement is published at hostinger.com/legal/dpa.
What this site does not do
- No cookies and no local storage
- No analytics, no measurement, no tracking
- No forms and no sign-in
- No fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers. The fonts sit on the same server as the site, so your IP address does not reach anyone else
If you write to me
If you send me an email, I process your address and your message in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the matter is a business one. I delete the message once it is dealt with and no retention obligation applies.
Encryption
The site is served over HTTPS only. Requests over HTTP are redirected to HTTPS.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to data portability. Write to the address above.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority responsible for you.
